Brooklands Hotel – Weybridge
We've installed a 214.02 kWp system for Brooklands Hotel, with the system generating over 200,000 kWh of energy annually representing a return on investment of just over two years!
The large hotel in Weybridge had an annual energy demand of over 2 GWh. In turn, this meant that when filling their roof, they were still utilising every single kWh of energy produced by solar PV. We paired this installation with a matched voltage optimisation system, resulting in net savings of nearly £200,000 in their first year alone.
Despite the significant financial and carbon savings, the hotel is obvious in its ambition when addressing the solar PV and Voltage Optimisation installation as phase one of its decarbonisation journey.
