Maximising available roof space, we've installed a 52.48 kWp system for Crowne Plaza London Ealing, An IHG Hotel. The system will generate over 45,000 kWh of energy annually with a return on investment of less than three years!
Given the London-based hotel’s huge energy demand, we also advised installing a voltage optimiser, which resulted in an annual energy demand reduction of circa 8%, with an incredibly low return on investment of just over eight months!
Collectively, the installed technologies will save the hotel over £75,000 in its first year, increasing exponentially once the payback period is reached in less than three years.
